Haruka confesses her feelings for Takayuki and he reciprocates. But Haruka falls into a coma after an unfortunate accident.

Parents might want to shield their kids from Rumbling Hearts since it contains mild nudity and adult themes.  There was about 15 episodes and one season of Rumbling Hearts that aired with the first 12 on Hulu online.
