ABC Family created an original series, Secret Life of the American Teenager, that we can watch online with full episodes.  In episodes of Secret Life of the American Teenager we find a teen drama relationships between families and friends dealing with the unexpected pregnancy of character Amy Juergens. The show follows this girl who is yes, smart, talented, but also pregnant.

The Secret Life of the American Teenager was also created by the same creator as 7th heaven which may have been one reason that the Secret Life of the American Teenager was able to capture a teen choice award for choice summer tv show.

Some critics call the Secret Life of the American Teenager a slow version of Juno (similar plot). Despite the mixed reviews the the Secret Life of the American Teenager has received the highest rating for any original ABC Family show.
