YouTube is cleaning up it’s act by blocking swearing and sex, either blocking the content altogether or automatically lowering it’s YouTube ranking.

Blocking Sex and Swearing Means Better Content for YouTube?
The move to block both sex and swearing should lead to friendlier content, and make the YouTube website a bit more professional. Even suggestively sexual videos will now be blocked, making them age restrictive.  This is great for parents who want to block their children from being able to view such videos.

YouTube Grows Up
This move, blocking Sex and Swearing is a move that makes us think YouTube is growing up a bit.  YouTube has been taking plenty of good steps to improve it’s service, including recently adding the ability to upload HD YouTube videos.
