The Black Books is setin a second-hand bookshop in London run by an Irishman named Bernard Black. Unfortunately Bernard Black is probably one of the worst suited to run such an establishment. Bernard has made basically no efforts to sell book, closes his store at weird hours, and provides little customer service.
