Black Lagoon episodes are about a bunch of pirates who are known as Lagoon Company. They smugglers of items in and out the seas of Southeast Asia. Their base of operations is in Thailand where they transport goods in their boat know as the Black Lagoon.

The Lagoon Company team takes on various missions which almost always end up dealing with some kind of hand to hand combat or nautical battles.
