Panasonic’s First Portable Blu-Ray Player DMP-B15

Panasonic has created the world’s first player that’s portable and plays Blu-Ray discs with their new DMP-B15.  The best part about this Blu-Ray player is the fact that it is not only a standalone player, but can also be hooked up as a Blu-Ray disc player.

Sure the DMP-B15 player won’t show a huge amount of quality difference between Blu-Ray and that of a normal DVD on such a small screen (see below), but as it’s ability to function as a standard Blu-Ray we find the device ever so more attractive.

The DMP-B15 portable Blu-Ray player features 8.9-inch WSVGA LCD screen together with a unique VIERA CAST™ internet accessibility and BD Live functionality.
