Episodes of Air Gear are now online with subtitles in English.  The Air Gear anime episodes features a student who also is the leader of the East Side Gunz.

After being one day embarassed by a rival gang called the Skull Saders, he returns home.  He finds out that the Noyamano sisters have hid a large secret base from him.  It turns out they belonged to Sleeping Forest, the most skilled group of Storm Riders in the history of Air Trecks. He then steals a pair of their Air Trecks and heads out to seek revenge on the Skull Saders.
