In the story of Bakuretsu Hunters, the population is separated by two groups, ordinary people and the sorcerers who are the magic users. Sorcerers have triangles on their forehead which mark them. These sorcerers dominate, torment and even enslave the ordinary people on this continent. To protect the humans from the sorcerers are the sorcerer hunters using their weapons to hunt and destroy these sorcerers.
