In the series Code-E, we find Chinami Ebihara, a high school student who emits electromagnetic waves. This happens when Chinami gets emotional. These waves have the power to affect electronic devices like cell phones and even computer. This ability makes her family have to move from one location to the next.
Thinking that Chinami is alone with her abilities it turns out that two organizations with similar powers are fighting to control the users of powers similar to that of Chinami named the Type-E users.
