DNA2, DNA squared, or however you prefer, is about Karin who is also a DNA operator from the future who comes back in time to change history. His mission is to stop Junta Momonari from becoming a Mega-Playboy who in turn, fathered 100 children.
These children then led to the overpopulation of the world. When Karin first finds Junta, he figures out that he is in fact not a Playboy, rather much the opposite. After shooting him with the wrong DNA-altering bullet, he starts becoming this Mega-Playboy capable of charming any woman. Now Karin has to figure out a way to reverse it…
