Eureka Seven is about an ordinary boy named Renton Thurston who lives with his Grandfather. Renton’s father however was a military researcher who died trying to save the world. Renton wants to join the renegade group Gekkostate, led by his idol Holland.
Dreams can come true as out of the ordinary, a large robot and the pilot, a member of Gekkostate, crashes into his living room. Renton is invited to join Gekkostate, where he quickly discovers that the behind-the-scenes life of Gekkostate is hardly as glamorous or as interesting as printed.
