The Japanese anime Excel Sage is now online to watch full episodes. Excel Saga episodes have English subtitles and Japanese audio. The series premiered April 1996 and is still ongoing.
In Excel Saga we find Lord Ilpalazoo who wants to conquer the city Fukuoka. In defense against the city are Dr. Kabapu and his Department of City Security, also known as the Municipal Force Daitenzin, a masked fighting force. This is considered Lord Ipalazoo’s first step toward total world domination.
The manga series was written by Koushi Rikudou.
