United States of Tara is yet another one of Showtime’s twisted comedys, this time about the unexpected nature of American families, examining a wife and mother of two teens who suffers from dissociative identity disorder.  In the first episode, it forcuses on two of her personalities, a teen girl and an adult man.

United States of Tara hasn’t even officially premiered yet, with the first episode online before it has even aired on Showtime.  It will premiere January 18, 2009.
