MTV gives Snoop Dog his own show, Dogg After Dark that we can watch online following the premiere Feb. 17, 2009. Until episodes first are released online, there isn’t much of a preview before then of what Dogg After Dark really will be like.
MTV did release a short synapsis on what Dogg After Dark really will be like: “It is a new jam packed weekly variety talk show from LA hotspot, Kress on the Hollywood Boulevard. Dogg After Dark will bring his Doggystyle swagger to the airwaves featuring raw interviews with A-list celebrities, hilarious sketch-comedy segments and musical performances from the hottest artists, plus Snoop’s own in-house band, the ‘Snoopadelics’ will keep the party rocking all night long.”
So far Dogg After Dark sounds exactly like Snoop Dogg’s style, classy and with the show taking place in L.A. we can be sure there will be plenty of A level guests showing up. You might also remember Doggy Fizzle Televizzle which aired from 2002 to 2004 on MTV.
