So Hulu blocked the ability for Boxee viewers to watch it and so Boxee made a workaround. It would access publically available feeds. Once again Hulu managed to block access. Although again, Boxee made another workaround that managed to allow users to once again be able to see Hulu.
As Boxee recently wrote, now there is a status message on the top-right corner indicating whether Hulu is currently available on boxee.
Boxee seems to be taking this serious finding whatever it can to keep Hulu on it’s platform. It’s not as if Boxee is really doing anything illegal since all of this information is publically accessible. Why should one browser be blocked from accessing Hulu just because it provides a more TV like experience? Those cable companies must be really scared now…
