Everyone has been wondering when exactly Conan O Brien will take over the Tonight Show and finally be online to watch after Jay Leno passes the torch? Conan O Brien will take over the Tonight show June 1, of this year and make his first 11:35 appearance.
Currently Conan O Brien is preparing for the transition and has been visiting NBC local affliates across the country to take pictures, shoot some video and get to know the affliates. In the challenge of going against David Letterman, Conan O Brien said, “I don’t think I can touch David Letterman’s legacy in this business. I will always be in awe of that man. If I cure cancer on my first show, I still won’t. I feel the people who watch Dave and love Dave, I am not going to change their minds. I just want to do the show that I do.”
