The plot to Munto TV begins when a source of energy is so important that the heavens have plundered it from civilizations with little thought of the consquences. Munto involves the chronicles of a way between the magical kingdom and the other kingdoms who are appalled at their energy usage. There is a vision of a girl on the Lower World who is able to easily resolve the deficiency that drives the young Magical King Munto to seek her out in order to attempt to avoid the imment war between the other kingdoms.
