Samurai Deeper Kyotakes place back in the year 1600.  There was a fierce battle between two warrriors in a battle known as Sekigahara.  Kyoshiro and Kyo were stuck in fierce combat.  During this battle both men actually dissappeared after a huge meteor crashed.  The warrior Kyoshiro is spoted about 4 years later as a traveling saleman.  A female bounty hunter Yuya Shiina  captures Kyoshiro and finds out that deep inside him is personality of  Kyo himself.
