In Slam Dunk, we find a sports series in which Hanamichi always thought basketball was a sport for losers. in fact he pretty much had no sports experience, yet alone basketball. but Haruko notices his great skills and invites him to play for the basketball team. In the end we find a group of misfits who form together to form the basketball team that actually becomes an all star team.
