Straight Japan is the anime Special A with episodes to watch online. The 24 episodes of Special A aired April 6, 2008 – September 14, 2008. The manga version was written by Maki Minami.
In Special A we find the story of Hikari who is in a fierce competition with Kei. Though things have been this way since they were just 6 years old. He used to surpase Hikari at everything. Now as they both attend a very prestigious school, Hikari is determined to beat Kei at any cost. Hikari is is the daughter of a carpenter as well as very energetic. Kei on the other hand probably gets a lot of his ambitions from his father, since he is the son of the CEO of Takishima Corporation.
