In the anime Sugar Sugar Rune is about this very happy girl called Chocola. She’s currently a potential to become the Queen of the Demon Kingdom though she has to square off against her rival Vanilla Myu. To become the queen of hearts they have to go to earth and use their magic wands to capture the hearts of humans. Whoever gets the most hearts will be the crowned Queen. The hearts reflect the different feelings of each person. It’s value is depenndent on the color. They can also use these hearts to buy the goods that they want back in the Demon Kingdom. After meeting with their mentor, Rocky Robin, Chocola and Vanilla begin their first day at school and also the competition for the title of Queen.
