The story of Tactics the anime, is the story of Kantarou who was blessed with the  ability to see youkai.  After being wounded by a yomi he is in search of the yomi eating goblin., He discovers and releases a goblin named Haruka which he becomes friends with.  They set to purge friendly youkai and humans of possesive yomi attempting to destroy everything, but there is more to the situation then meets the eye, how did such a powerful monster as Haruka get sealed up, what is the mysterious organization after Haruka, and what is the truth behind Haruka full power?
