The Simpsons have announced that they will be back for 2 more seasons, or at least 44 more episodes (22 episodes each year). Yes all these Simpsons episodes probably will be online, as the new ones currently are. With two more seasons of the Simpsons, that will bring the total episode count to an impressive 493 episodes.
The Simpsons first aired back on Jan. 14, 1990. No one could have imagined that this cartoon family would be so successful and even spawn a cartoon movie that was also hugely successful.
