In Tokko Shundou joins up with the Tokki Special Investigation force as a first assignment after finishing the police academy. He had been dreaming of a half naked girl Rokujo which he actually meets the day of graduation. She actually works for a group within Tokki known as the Special Public Safety Task Force. Shindou and Tokko join up together to help solve the death of his parents and solve the mass murder mystery of residents in Machida. Even stranger are the pits, bottomless pits that is, that start forming all over Japan with creatures that pop out and is most likely linked to these murders…
