It appears now that we may finally see full length movies on YouTube thanks to a deal with Sony who might be finally bringing full movies to YouTube, like we’ve seen on Hulu already. YouTube has had it’s own problems in the past since 97 percent of the videos on YouTube cannot be advertised against for fear of copyright violations.
According to what CNET recently wrote, YouTube is currently talking to Sony Pictures with a view to including some of its library of movies on the premium movie channel. Already Crackle from Sony Pictures has placed tons of full movies online straight from the Sony Library, as well as full length shows.
Movies coming to YouTube from Sony? We are pretty certain this will happen.
