In Groovie Goolies we find a popular take off the Archie show but with a monster twist. As it featured a character, Sabrina the Teenage Witch that came straight from Archie, the Goolies featured a group of hip monsters with a pop culture and mimicked those monsters frmo the classic horror films of the 30s and 40s. The Sabrina from this series was also the same featured in Sabrina, the Teenage Witch television series in the 90s.
