Already the preliminary competition of Miss USA aired for 2009.  This event for Miss USA lasted an entire 1:17:55. This even is being shown on NBC, one of the most intense competitions of the year for pageants, and the most famous. 51 contestants vie for the crown which only one can have per year (Puerto Rico makes number 51).
