The entire movie based off the book Slaughterhouse Five is now online to watch.  This movie was first released July 01, 1972. The movie was directed by Oscar winner George Roy Hill (”The Sting,” “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid”). Starring Emmy winner and Golden Globe nominee Ron Liebman, Perry King and Valerie Perrine.

In Salughterhouse Five, we find a futuristic vision from Kurt Vonnegut in which a man, untethered by time, who moves from a POW camp during World War II to a futuristic planet. The story features Billy Pilgrim, a disoriented, ill-trained American soldier, is captured by the Germans. The Germans imprison him and other PoWs in a disused slaughterhouse in Dresden.  Yet somehow he isn’t really stuck there, rather able to freely move about in time.
