A recent YouTube video actually came up for a working hack for creating multiple accounts in Graboid, actually naming clickfornick.com as part of the hacking process. No clickfornick.com does not condone hacking graboid to create multiple accounts, but what we found interesting is the way this user used graboid from within to create multiple accounts.
What happens i this Graboid hack is 1) the user will sign into their account in Graboid. 2) They will search for a certain video within Graboid 3) They will open up Google within their Graboid account 4) They visit this website through searching Google 5) Fill in their Graboid user info 6) presto they can create a new account
Will graboid discover this loop hole and close it? Probably, but users are so bent on creating multiple accounts and not paying for the service that there will be plenty of more account solution hacks in the future…

I’ve used this method a few times now, but suddenly now, every time I paste the link into Graboid it crashes. Now I can’t create new accounts. Anyone experience the same problem?
The service costs money to run,and is inexpensive to use! ($1 a day for 500 gigs a month) As a paid user you are stealing from me! Graboid is a small company run by a few people. For a dollar a day you can download more than you can watch!
No one cares, Phil. As long as people can get something without paying, that’s what they’ll do. All Graboid does is exploit people’s laziness by listing the downloads, when you can usually just torrent them. I’m fine with making multiple accounts to get their service for free.
so people say by searching “behind the scenes” and click on the fast and furious crap you can get google on the in-client browser of graboid , what i dont understand is this , graboid blocks your i.p , so how does access the sign up page this way differ from click on create new account ?? still the same i.p address so still says it appears you have already made an account.

Hello guys, well, I don’t know about you, but we say we live in capitalism and everyone has the same rights…..not really, my folks do not really have money, I would really like the right to have some culture. Paying for any of those culture-related events seems barbarian to me. @ZimbiX et all to hack Graboid 1.65 (newest version) Please follow these steps. Note, this works only if the program hasn’t been downloaded on the computer before. If you already downloaded it, borrow a little siblings computer for the hack.
1) Be patient. The system can be outsmarted almost as easy as Phil.
2) Create a new account (account 1), the steps are found during the process.
3)Once the account is created, DO NOT CONFIRM. DO NOT LOG IN. Simply create another account. Now, it requires another email, assuming Phil didn’t create this. I suggest mail.com, quite a few free accounts with different domains.
4) Once you have created enough email addresses to for a small to medium sized nation, confirm them one by one. Each account grants 4000MB of data download. Thats it. Below are important notes to follow because there could be slight trouble in the future.
5) Learn to change IP address. Graboid has been known to shut down all accounts on a reoccuring ip addresses. Since people should have high speed internet, easiest way is to download dynamic ip address programs found online. Take caution in which program you download, i don’t recommend any in particular.

K first of all geez you ppl are angry. Second Graboid is a great service and it does cost money to run their servers. They are not just leeching money from people. They provide the easiest mode of streaming from the usenet. Yes you can find videos and more indexed all over the web and can simply download an nzb and stream a video using nzbplayer or bintube, but it is often much more work to find the video you want. I sometimes have to use 3 different engines before I get a hit. Additionally alot of isp’s have shut down their usenet service, so one may run into more fees paying for good usenet access. All in all Graboid is easy to use an if nothing else if you ever get charged with downloading illegal movies (unlikely but all the same) you can claim that graboid’s owners say its legal.
@tonyray first of all graboid DOESN’T stop you from creating multiple accounts through your IP address, it simply removes the link to the sign up page from the home page once you have created an account.
You can create multiple accounts still.

dom is right. They remove the home link only after you first login, which means multiple accounts are possible on the same machine. If you use my method described above it works.
Also, I was reading through my previous post and I think I might have missed something. Everyone talks about Graboid logging IP addresses but has anyone considered the logging of the MAC address as well? From my understanding most people can set up Dynamic IP easily but have trouble physically hacking their NIC to change the MAC address. You can go buy another NIC/wireless NIC whIch solves that problem but that can be costly. Can anyone confirm it is only the IP address that Graboid tracks?

Once this shortcut is made open graboid, DRAG the shortcut into graboid causing the Webbrowser to act as going to the link

oh btw on v1.5 the “create account” link doesnt get removed even after you make 4 acocunts and log in to each one , even after you make 40 accounts it hasnt been removed , not on my pc anyway.
