In an attempt to stop international users from accessing Hulu, Hulu has been blocking anonymous proxies.  One way that international users could watch Hulu was simply by using a proxy ip. 

TechCrunch wrote earlier that Hulu has once again tweaked its settings and has once again began to  blockanonymous proxies along with every other method.  Now keep in mind that just earlier, Hulu had it’s whole Boxee problem in which Hulu started blocking Boxee. 

It seems that Hulu doesn’t want any chances for international users to watch content on Hulu.  Things seem to have be done according to the way Hulu wants it done.  Until then international users have to find a proxy ip that does work for the USA, otherwise go back to the old fasioned way, torrents.
