In Cross Game we find the story of a fifth grader, Koh Kitamura, the son of a sporting goods owner. This fifth grader has spent plenty of time in the batting cages since one of the sporting good store’s regular customers is the owner of a batting cage. He also gets to know the four daughters of the Tsukishima family. The story starts up four years later, Koh has continued training in baseball. As his first game approaches, we have yet to see whether Koh can live up to his true talent.
