Specials from the National Geographic series are now online. Recently added to the National Geographic Specials on Hulu was the FBI series which brings you behind the scenes of America’s infamous investigation bureau. Other National Geographic specials online to watch include such series as In Search of the Jaguar, Whales in Crisis, or even Diamonds of war. Altogether there are a total of 10 Soecials that can be watched online. Each special usually lasts an hour to an hour and a half in length.
The National Geographic Society’s historical mission is “to increase and diffuse geographic knowledge while promoting the conservation of the world’s cultural, historical, and natural resources.”[1] according to their CEO since March 1998, John M. Fahey, Jr.. They have been around since January 13, 1888, when 33 explorers and scientists gathered at the Cosmos Club, in Washington, D.C.. Since then they’ve been publishing a monthly publication as well as various tv specials.
