In Speed Grapher, we find the story of Tatsumi Saiga, a former war photographer. Tatsumi one day is sent out to investigate a fetish club for the uber-wealthy in post-war Japan. While he is there, a 15 year old kisses him. Suddenly he has the power to destroy anything he photgraphs.
