Veoh is one of my preferred places to get full videos simply because they offer more tv shows and longer videos so you get a full 30 minute episode rather than an episode in 3 ten minute parts.  A website called Filsh.net will save any videos from Veoh into any format you wish with little hassle.  Try this http://www.filsh.net/

Other options for downloading tv shows includes Replay Media Catcher which sometimes works on Hulu, though not any of the HD videos.
