The anime Fist of the North Star is online to watch with most of the episodes thanks to hulu. This was a long running series airing first on February 4, 1984, with the final episode airing 2/5/1987. All in all there were about 105 full episodes.

Fist of the North Star is the story of a martial arts master with an explosive touch emerges as a hero in a post-apocalyptic world. In this series we find Kenshiro, the martials arts master and the sole heir of the deadly 2000 year old martial art, Hokuto Shinken. He is on a quest for vengeance after being betrayed by a former friend. Bandits and rival martial artists await him in a post-apocalyptic wasteland.
