Just what is the CMA Music Festival? The CMA Music Festival is a four-day music festival centered around country music hosted each June by the Country Music Association in Nashville, Tennessee. At this event hundreds of country music aritsts come to hold at least 30 hours of sessions in which they sign autographs with their fans.
