Coming soon to everyones home should be the new 3d television systems that will display your tv in glorious 3d. Sony will offer 3D TV in the home in 2010 according to their new plane. This will work with certain Brava televisions.
What will 3d television in your home offer you? Gaming is one popular reason to use 3d. Sony can for instance add 3d to it’s current lineup of Playstation 3 games. There are even plans to offer 3D Blu-ray players. Even Vaio personal computers are expected to embrace the new digital 3d format. 1,920 x 1,080 high-definition images will be offered to each eye seperately using shutter lenses.
Already we’ve seen more and more movies offering the new 3d format, especially Pixar films. In the future everyone just may be wearing glasses after all. (Until holograms that is.)
