In the Cleveland Show, Cleveland gets his own spin off show in which he leaves Quahog and moves to his hometown in Virginia with his 14-year old son, CLEVELAND JR. Cleveland ends up marrying his old high school sweetheart, since she recently left her man.

So far the Cleveland Show seems just like an extension of Family Guy adding just an extra half hour of Family Guy, with different characters.
