YouTube is upgrading their video experience once again allowing users to watch full 1080p videos online. Google Inc. said Thursday it will support video playback in the full high-definition format known as 1080p, upgrading from the current 720p.

Next week the service for 1080p should be rolling out on YouTube giving an even better experience on hd televisions.

Videos will most likely still take a 10 minute limit.

This content can also be found on Hulu and right on own Crackles very website. It seems they’ve taken this as an effort to expand their marketing and get people aware of the Crackle website.

All in all most of the content is older, but there are still plenty of gems in the full movies and tv section now available on YouTube online.

Now Google finds itself in a difficult situation. It can remove pro Tibet videos so that the Chinese can access YouTube, with the risk of pissing off the Western World in favor of Tibet. Otherwise it can not remove the videos and let China keep access to YouTube blocked, letting them lose a huge market share.
